Simple and economical splash guard for hand blender / blender

I just take a sheet of kitchen paper and cut it up to the middle with the kitchen scissors. Then at the end of the cut, I do a cross cut (ie, a Schnips left and right, which is not absolutely necessary) and put the hand blender in the high container / pot (or similar), where everything is to be pureed.

Thanks to the cut you can now pull the kitchen paper around the stave so that the paper lies on the bowl. Then you can start with the pureeing.

Everything stays clean and the splashes that land on the kitchen paper then end up in the trash along with the sheet (kitchen paper).

So you have no spatters in the kitchen and the splash guard in itself you do not have to clean.
