- 150 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pck of vanillin sugar
- 3-4 drops of Backaroma lemon oil
- 250 ml Mich

Step 1: Prepare dough
Put all the ingredients for the soil in a mixing bowl. Use the dough hooks of the mixer to make a kneading dough.
Step 3: Dress springform with dough
Roll out 3/4 -2/3 of the dough on the bottom of a springform pan (diameter 26 - 28 cm), form a roll from the remaining dough and pull up an edge of 3 cm in the springform pan.
Step 3: Prepare cheese
Put the ingredients for the cheese mass in a mixing bowl and stir well with the mixer. Then the egg whites are beaten gently with a whisk.
Step 4: Add the cheese and bake the cake
The cheese mass is filled into the springform pan and smoothed on top and the cake can be slid into the oven preheated to 175 degrees, for top and bottom heat, middle bar for 70 minutes, and circulated air for 160 degrees.
Step 5: The finished cheesecake
Remove the finished cheesecake from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
