- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of sugar

- Separate eggs, beat egg whites until stiff.
- Dissolve 300 g of chocolate, sugar and butter in a water bath.
- First egg yolk, then add the stiff egg white.
- Put the mass in a greased dish and bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
- Cover the cooled cake with the remaining 100 g of chocolate (melted).
