Simple cookies with currant jelly and chocolate

These simple cookies coated with currant jelly and chocolate, taste delicious and are made quickly.
Ingredients for the dough
- 800 g of flour
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 500 g of margarine
- 2 tbsp rum (or a little rum flavor)
- for brushing: currant jelly
- Chocolate couverture for coating
- also some coconut flakes
preparation
Knead the ingredients for the dough well, cut out and bake at about 170-180 degrees, 10 minutes.
After cooling, sprinkle with redcurrant jelly and brush with chocolate couverture, sprinkle with coconut flakes on top.
