Simple cookies with currant jelly and chocolate

These simple cookies coated with currant jelly and chocolate, taste delicious and are made quickly.

Ingredients for the dough

  • 800 g of flour
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 4 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 500 g of margarine
  • 2 tbsp rum (or a little rum flavor)
  • for brushing: currant jelly
  • Chocolate couverture for coating
  • also some coconut flakes

preparation

Knead the ingredients for the dough well, cut out and bake at about 170-180 degrees, 10 minutes.

After cooling, sprinkle with redcurrant jelly and brush with chocolate couverture, sprinkle with coconut flakes on top.
