You only need these 4 ...

- 100 g of butter
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 225 g of flour
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
preparation
- The very soft but not liquid butter is kneaded with the sugar with a wooden spoon, after which the flour is gradually added. Knead well, that's fun!
- Finally, the ginger is incorporated.
- The dough must now rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then it is rolled out directly on the baking sheet. Best under film, then nothing sticks to the roll.
- With a knife back, you now scratch a large check pattern, then bake the dough for about 25 minutes at 150 degrees.
- After baking, you can now cut the dough into biscuits directly along the knife marks. This works best, as long as everything is still warm.
