Simple food: Baked pasta bolognese

Goes fast and tastes (me) delicious ...

500g noodles of your choice (I like to take the (more expensive) noodles from Aldi)
2 packets Bolognese sauce (manufacturer does not matter, because it is spiced up anyway)
500g according to minced meat
2 packets of Mozarella
4 cloves of garlic
Chilli powder (or otherwise spicy seasoning)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees (convection) while pasta and sauce are prepared, also mozzarella cut.


Boil noodles very firm (cook in the oven even further).
Roast minced meat, drain off the liquid, press in the garlic, add the sauce powder with the appropriate amount of water (usually 500 ml) to the minced meat and bring to the boil.
Season the sauce with chili powder, Worcestershire, pepper etc. and mix with the pasta.
Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and spread the mozarella over the mixture.
Approximately Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes and bake.

It tastes of a red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon, Rasgon) and a fresh light salad (feat, eating is not one of the lightest ;-))

Attention, makes you very full.
