Simple Thai dish: turkey meat in coconut milk

For this one needs (4 persons):
-1 can coconut milk (you get z.Bp. in the savings for 99 cents)
- turkey meat (best the kilo package from the Aldi 5,99 Euro)
- Brown rice (you get in the savings for 1.99 euros)
- yellow peppers and zucchini
- Cocktail tomatoes
- Curry, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar

Cut the meat into a mouthful and place in curry, garlic and oil. Rice up the rice, n since brown rice needs about 25 min. Chop the peppers and zucchini. Fry the meat and place in a baking-proof mold. Add the coconut milk and season with plenty of curry. Add salt and pepper and a little sugar. The cocktail tomatoes also with pure. Bake it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes at about 180 °. Briefly sauté the vegetables and then add the rice. Now all you have to do is set the table and let it all taste for you.

Possible variations
Of course, the whole thing tastes better when it is spicy. I always take one or two chili peppers in the coconut sauce and season the meat with cayenne pepper.

Lemongrass or Limmetenschalen in the food is also delicious. But not too much else is the delicious coconut flavor (sweet) more in bitter regions.
