Simply core the olives - with rolling pin
Olives with stone look appetizing, but in the salad they are more comfortable - and safer for the teeth - eat without stone.
Here is an easy way to remove the stone of the olives.
Place a piece of kitchen paper on a board, then add the number of olives you need.
Now you roll easily, very lightly, with the pasta roll over it.
Then you press the chopped olives with a flat wooden spoon - and the core pops out.
It is best to wait until all are gutted - then you have to bend down only once, because several cores land on the ground!
