  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 normal sized gherkins
  • 3 normal sized onions
  • 3 normal big sour apples
  • 1 small glass of sliced ​​salmon in oil.

No more spices without salt and pepper, nothing here.

All ingredients are cut into small cubes, gradually put into a glass bowl, stir in the salmon slowly and then chill for a few hours. Best done one day before.
Please peel the potatoes, eggs and onions in advance, peel the apples and then finish as described above.
