Sleep better with a silk scarf

A silk scarf for the night is now always in my luggage, in too stuffy or cold bedrooms, I sleep so much better.

First (even if that probably still lasts until you can use this tip times (-;) the "too cold" version:

This wisdom can be used when you freeze at night. In the meantime, I put a silk scarf on my head in such cases, leaving the mouth and nose area free, because one is sensitive, as one also feels the light cloth, but on the forehead and on the eyes, I do not notice it after a few seconds. I usually feel immediately, as the body does not have to use all the strength to heat the most important parts of the body, but instead something like the feet warm up :-)

And the summer version: If you have to sleep in a really stuffy room and have no way to bring in fresh air, you can dampen the cloth (= moistened with water and then wrung out) on the nose-mouth area ... feel it you are awhile, but below it forms a nice wet air cushion and the next morning you do not have a thick neck.
