Small currant cheesecake

Since now is the time of the Blackcurrant, this recipe - invented and very simple.

You need a muffin tin and these muffin paper cups for lining (or you make something out of baking paper), otherwise stuck the chalices in the sheet.

4 eggs
200 g butter
250 g powdered sugar
1 kg of lean quark
grated peel of an untreated lemon
2 sachets of custard powder
a bowl of redcurrants


Mix eggs and soft butter well, add sugar (if you do not have powdered sugar, you can take normal, but then you have to stir for a longer time to dissolve it)

A little tip on the edge: if sugar has dissolved during the dough stirring, you will notice, if you try the dough: just take some dough between the teeth, if you still bite on sugar crystals, stirring)

Then stir in curds and the remaining ingredients.


The dough is now spread on the molds and then you give the plucked berries on it.

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° air circulation (without preheating)

The sweet cheese dough and the sour berries just taste wonderful together!
