Small decoration for the buffet: roses from sausage, ham or salmon

A little decoration enhances every buffet and in this case is fast made:

That's how it's done

  1. Cut off green pointed paprika about 5 centimeters behind the stalk.
  2. Use a small spoon to remove the inside.
  3. Either cut with a kitchen scissors or a sharp knife the edge zigzag.
  4. Roll up the sausage, boiled ham or salmon slice and place in the hollowed out pepper.
