A little decoration enhances every buffet and in this case is fast made:
That's how it's done
- Cut off green pointed paprika about 5 centimeters behind the stalk.
- Use a small spoon to remove the inside.
- Either cut with a kitchen scissors or a sharp knife the edge zigzag.
- Roll up the sausage, boiled ham or salmon slice and place in the hollowed out pepper.
That's all and certainly a nice greeting to guests.
