Small potato pancakes from finished dumpling dough

This is a quick snack that requires only one packet of prepared dough from the chiller and 1 or 2 eggs and 1 small grated onion.

  1. The dumpling dough for the so-called "raw" dumplings is put into a bowl, mixed with a little salt, pepper, 1 or even 2 eggs and a grated onion.
  2. It makes a coated pan hot and sticks with a spoon from small cams, which are smoothed in the pan and fried slowly in oil. Turn once! When they are light brown, they are done.

Tips

They taste very good with green salad. You can also serve a dollop of sour cream and trout caviar.

Sweet mouths prefer apple sauce with cinnamon and sugar.

My children liked to eat them cold on bread, with chives.
