Smooth fish or meat evenly and clean
Here is a tip, or a simple method to evenly and cleanly meats meat or fish:
There should be fresh fish for lunch today. The preparation in the pan works quite well, only in the preparation there were always minor problems.
Fish fillets are traditionally turned into flour. To do so, spread the flour on a plate and turn the food over with your fingers.
But always stuck flour on my fingers, but the fried food (fish or meat) was not evenly covered with flour. Some of the flour came again and again (unintentionally) from the plate on the kitchen worktop.
That just has to get better!
Today it worked wonderfully with a simple method:
Put the flour in a tightly closed bowl (for example Tupperware), roast the meat (previously seasoned to taste), cover it with a lid, shake it a little and turn it over.
As a result, I got a uniformly thick, perfect, flour layer on the fried food. The flour consumption was low, the fingers were clean, and the kitchen was not missed: In contrast to previously used plate method just awesome.
P.S: Could imagine that my method also helps to even breading wonderful!
