You wake up refreshed and in good spirits and look horrified in the mirror: across the cheeks, on the forehead and neck are deep red wrinkles. This shows that you slept very tight for the last few hours.

The wrinkled pillow has left its marks on the face, sometimes on the arms. No problem if you have time, because this kind of wrinkles vanish without a trace after one and a half hours.


But if you want to be presentable in half an hour, you better do something about it.

Fill the sink with cold water. Moisten a washcloth with hot water, press on the skin. Stop the air, dip your face into the cold water.

Repeat this process. Then apply the moisturizer a little thicker than usual. That helps fast.

If it happens more frequently, one could think about the purchase of pillows made of satin or silk. These do not leave wrinkles on the face - they are also recommended for easy-breaking long hair. And if you can get used to sleeping on your back, you do not have to worry about pillow creases.
