Snowballs - sweet pastries

Snowballs - delicious little sweets - not just at Christmas time.

ingredients

  • 2 light Viennese soils (cake biscuit bottoms)
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • coconut flakes

preparation

  1. First, crumble both cake bases very finely, beat the cream until stiff and cut the dripped pineapple quite small.
  2. Mix the cream, eggnog and pineapple well with the crumbled pies bottoms (I'll take the hands). From this mass then form with your hands smaller snowballs and then roll them in coconut flakes until they are completely covered.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until served. Super delicious, you just can not stop eating.
  4. Recipe can also be modified with 2 dark bottoms, 2 cups of cream, 2 teaspoons of cocoa, 1 vial of kirsch, 1 jar of shadow morels (small cut) and chocolate grated.

Great idea for Christmas, but well chilled even in summer a poem.
