So nothing bakes on the plate

Who does not know, they have baked a delicious cake and bring it despite pre-baked sheet no longer down from the part, without crumbling the good piece. Or the crunchy pizza disintegrates when trying to dislodge the dough from the sheet into its components.

With this trick you can easily "nonstick" your sheet:

Rub the baking sheet thinly with oil, preferably spread a few drops of oil on kitchen paper and then very thinly, here is less. Then draw a trace with one tablespoon of flour on one edge of the plate. Then set the baking tray at an angle so that the edge of the flour is on top and let the flour trickle over the oil with gentle shaking or tapping until everything is evenly distributed. At the end, your sheet should be dusted with a very thin layer of flour that adheres to the oil. No matter what you bake, it will not burn down.
