Soften stretch marks, prevent

Stretch marks or stretch marks often occur during pregnancy, even more common in people with weight fluctuations.

However, such stripes (term: Striae) may also occur during puberty without increasing or decreasing. Even athletic people with top characters who do a lot of sports, remain z.T. not spared from these stripes.

The stretch marks often occur on the arms, chest, and hips (girls as well as boys!). Bodybuilders also often struggle with them because of the mass of muscles they build up during training.


At present, there is no effective way to get rid of the streaks, even though laser treatments and other procedures are offered, keep your hands off things, it's just money rip-off!

Much is also genetic, because everything is related to the connective tissue, if you have a weak connective tissue, you tend to get such stripes quickly.

I think it's a shame to read in the I-Net that some say you can not do anything about it, because that's not true!

Here are some tips on how to prevent them and make existing stripes less noticeable:

  1. Regular oiling, preferably with free oil, or another pregnancy care oil, it is very important to wet the oil well. This should be done once a day, if you like 2x. (Massaging is almost more important than the oil itself)
  2. Alternating showers: They stimulate blood circulation and help to make the skin look firmer, also makes a nice soft skin. 3 times cold and warm 3 times, start with warm water and stop with cold.
  3. Siliceous earth, e.g. those of abbey tablets (available for free in the drugstore), they strengthen hair, nails and skin, they support the connective tissue and strengthen it.
  4. Zinc labels, they also help to strengthen the connective tissue and prevent new stripes and help in the healing process of the old scarred stretch marks. 25 mg a day are recommended, there are also in tablet form (Bodybuilder tip!)
  5. After a while, the stripes fade by themselves, these tips help prevent new ones and "bleach out" old ones faster.
  6. Waterproof Camouflage Make up, can help if you want to hide something, e.g. in the summer during the swimming pool season.

I did some research on the hips at the I-Net and collected all the tips for months, because it's hard to find really helpful tips, now I wanted to help you and pass on my knowledge.
