Soljanka

If you want to cook something that you have a few days later, then Soljanka recommends. Well, here are some recipes for it, but I would like to introduce you to mine, maybe it tastes one or the other.
ingredients
- 4 packs of wieners
- 2 packs of Cervelat sausage (or salami)
- 2 packs of hunting sausage
- 2 packs of beer ham
- 1 glass of sour gürkchen
- 2 onions
- 1 pack of ham cubes
- 1 glass of Letscho
- 2 tubes of tomato paste
- 1 glass of sauerkraut
- Soljanka spice
- 1 cup of sour cream
preparation
- Cut everything that can be snipped. Dice the onions or leave them in rings.
- Everything that is called sausage is fried.
- Then chop the onions into the pan and let it brown a bit.
- Deglaze everything with one liter of vegetable broth (if you like it a bit thicker, you only need half a liter).
- Stir in the tomato paste.
- Add Gürkchen.
- Drain the letcho, add the "water" to the pot, catch the peppers from the letcho and cut into strips.
- Season everything with Soljankage spice.
- The sauerkraut with in the pot.
- To refine, stir in 1 cup of sour cream. Finished!
