Soljanka

Cooking or baking time: 10 min.
Total preparation time: 25 min.

If you want to cook something that you have a few days later, then Soljanka recommends. Well, here are some recipes for it, but I would like to introduce you to mine, maybe it tastes one or the other.

ingredients

  • 4 packs of wieners
  • 2 packs of Cervelat sausage (or salami)
  • 2 packs of hunting sausage
  • 2 packs of beer ham
  • 1 glass of sour gürkchen
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pack of ham cubes
  • 1 glass of Letscho
  • 2 tubes of tomato paste
  • 1 glass of sauerkraut
  • Soljanka spice
  • 1 cup of sour cream

preparation

  1. Cut everything that can be snipped. Dice the onions or leave them in rings.
  2. Everything that is called sausage is fried.
  3. Then chop the onions into the pan and let it brown a bit.
  4. Deglaze everything with one liter of vegetable broth (if you like it a bit thicker, you only need half a liter).
  5. Stir in the tomato paste.
  6. Add Gürkchen.
  7. Drain the letcho, add the "water" to the pot, catch the peppers from the letcho and cut into strips.
  8. Season everything with Soljankage spice.
  9. The sauerkraut with in the pot.
  10. To refine, stir in 1 cup of sour cream. Finished!
