Soothing face mask
My skin is sometimes red and irritated, so I just make a mask and my skin is soft and great. Easy to find in every kitchen.
That is needed
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (moisturizes, very good for dry skin)
- 2 tablespoons of honey or olive oil (nourishes and protects against reddened skin)
- 3 teaspoons sugar (peeling)
This is how it's done
Mix everything and apply to cleansed skin, leave to work for 10 -15 minutes, wash off, apply cream. Et voila - a nice, soft skin.
(Apply honey on the lips and let it sit for 5 minutes, make a nice kissing mouth and then lick it.)
