Sour creamy potatoes

My grandmother Ella has often cooked at the special request of the grandsons of this potato.
We did not miss meat or fish, because afterwards there was usually a delicious chocolate pudding.
ingredients
- 3 pounds of potatoes
- 100 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups of sour cream
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt, pepper, pinch of sugar
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
preparation
- The potatoes are peeled and cut into pieces and cooked in salted water with the bay leaves. Drain, pick up the potato saute!
- The butter is melted in a large saucepan, the flour stirred in and the chopped onion soaked in it. Pour in the potato sauce and stir the sauce on low heat.
- Now add the boiled potatoes, salt and pepper and taste with the vinegar. The pinch of sugar is added.
- Finally, mix the sour cream with the chopped dill and stir it under the potato vegetables, let it heat again, do not cook.
