Souvlaki skewers like in Greece!

In Greece, a small delicacy is sold in almost all ports. Quite inconspicuous from a very old caravan, you just follow the scent. And then a treat like delicacies.


First, make a marinade:

ingredients

  • Olive oil and fresh lemon juice, about 3 to 1 mix. For a total amount of about 100 ml add:
  • 2-3 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oregano
  • fresh garlic cloves in any amount (if you do not like it, leave it alone)

preparation

  1. Whisk everything well.
  2. As a meat I like pig salmon roast, but it is also neck roast, filet or just roast pork, stop depending on your taste and budget.
  3. Cut the meat into small cubes and place in the marinade (in a bag, everything can be mixed well, but as a precaution, put the sealed bag in a bowl)
  4. Quiet move in overnight, then put on shashlik skewers and barbecue.
  5. Before serving, put some fresh lemon juice and dried oregano on the skewers, add fresh bread / baguette and then enjoy.
  6. Everything else fits "Grillgedöns", as well as Sucuk skewers, tomato salad with feta and onion rings, hmmmm- no later than the weekend, the coal glows again.
