Spätzle with scrambled eggs, ham cubes and cheese

If I still have spaetzle from the day before, I make myself a delicious scrambled egg the next day.

First, the spaetzle is heated in a pan for about 5 minutes and lightly fried. Then I add ham cubes from the supermarket (they also make the extra seasoning with salt superfluous). I add a small spoonful of lard to the whole.


After another 2-3 minutes, I now give 3 eggs in the pan, so that they are separate from the Spaetzle and let them first increase.

Now comes a slice of Scheiblettenkäse to taste and is stirred under the egg mass.

If the scrambled egg is now in the desired strength, it is stirred with the spaetzle and removed from the heat. I add some oregano and pepper and add a small clove of garlic. Tasty tasty!
