Spaghetti (or any other noodle does) so about 150 g per person.
Old tomatoes (can already be crumbly)
garlic
olive oil
canned fish

Boil noodles, put off.
Cut tomatoes (the green way). 2, 3 tomatoes per person can be it already. Sweat in olive oil (so 3 or 4 tablespoons are quite right) garlic in addition (small divorce, 3 toes so it tastes).
Stir and wait for a mush to form, always stir a little.
Finally open the tin (one without sauce, sardines are ok, sprats are ok, anchovy fillets are a luxury), crushed fish, tomato paste and pasta mix, salt, Parmesan over it - done.
