For 1 person

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pot.
  2. Sauté 1/2 the diced onion until glassy.
  3. Add 100 g of whipped cream.
  4. Chop 100 g of gorgonzola and add to melt.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Boil briefly.
  6. Add quartered tomatoes and then pour over the spaghetti or linguine.
