For 1 person
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in the pot.
- Sauté 1/2 the diced onion until glassy.
- Add 100 g of whipped cream.
- Chop 100 g of gorgonzola and add to melt.
- Season with salt and pepper. Boil briefly.
- Add quartered tomatoes and then pour over the spaghetti or linguine.
