Spaghetti with salmon cream sauce

The adored, comes to dinner with wine and candlelight, you want to make a little impression and still have no idea? Quite simply, spaghetti with salmon cream sauce. Simple, not too expensive and delicious.
ingredients
- 2 small spring onions or 1 large normal onion
- 2 salmon steaks (I had the best results with the TK salmon from Aldi)
- Spaghetti (amount at your discretion, but not less than 250 g) fresh & dried basil
- 2 cups of cream
- some flour & butter
- olive oil
- 1/2 soup cubes or teaspoons instant broth
preparation
- Finely chop the onions and sweat in glassy olive oil, I still give some water and let it gently simmer.
- Add some dried (ground) basil.
- Cut the salmon into strips or cubes and add to the onions and simmer, season with salt and pepper.
- Now comes the cream. Stir the crushed bouillon cube or instant broth - gently - it will boil up quickly.
- If the whole thing is too thin for you, make a roux out of butter and flour and add it and let it simmer a bit.
- Meanwhile, you have cooked the noodles and poured & quenched (use warm water).
- Put the pasta on a plate and garnish the sauce with the fresh basil leaves - DONE!
Before Bruscetta, then either a small salad or Tiramisu, plus a glass of Primitivo and you have a complete menu with which you can impress, which is not too expensive and super delicious.
