Today I was once again spicy, so I cooked my fiery tomato sugo with spaghetti.
ingredients
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 2 medium hot peppers, cut into fine strips
- 1 onion cut into fine cubes
- 1 handful of black olives, quartered
- 1 handful of tomato paprika from the glass (pickled)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic (I have in this case self-pickled, taken in olive oil with herbs)
- 2 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste with root vegetables
- some leaves of basil
- about 300 g spaghetti
- 2 tbsp oil, salt, 1 pinch of sugar
preparation
- I recommend to prepare a pan with a high margin.
- Sauté onions in hot oil until glassy, then add chilli, garlic, olives and tomato paprika and cook briefly.
- Then add the paprika and tomato paste and allow to roast.
- Finally add the can of chopped tomatoes, season with salt and a pinch of sugar and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti, according to the instructions, and finely chop the basil.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, add the basil to the sauce, then add the spaghetti and fold in (so the high-edge pan).
Now only serve and serve.
I also offer grated cheese, which anyone can then take as desired.
My information is for a medium sharpness, who likes it a bit sharper, can also help with some Tabasco, or harissa paste.
I wish good appetite!
