My pies are mostly refrigerator boxes, which can be quickly produced on the basis of existing supplies quickly.

For today, a surprise visit had announced yesterday evening, and since it is not far with my baking skills, I immediately came to a Christmassy Kühlschranktte in mind.

  • 150 g butter
  • 2 packs of Mascarpone
  • 2 glasses of applesauce (lumpy or fine)
  • 2 bags of gelatine
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 2 bags of cream stabilizer
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • cinnamon
  • anise

preparation

  1. Put the speculum into a freezer bag and mince it with a rolling pin / meat tenderizer.
  2. Heat the butter and add it to the mixture, knead well with your hands.
  3. Put the dough in a springform pan and press firmly on the ground.
  4. Mix 1 cup of applesauce and 2 packs of mascarpone with the blender or magic wand, season with cinnamon and possibly some anise or gingerbread spice (depending on the size of the springform and the desired amount of filling, add 250 g of cream quark).
  5. Prepare gelatine according to package instructions, add to mass, mix well.
  6. Pour the still quite liquid filling into the springform and let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (better overnight).
  7. After hardening, also prepare the other glass of applesauce with gelatine and, as a topping, place on the already firm mascarpone mixture, smoothing out.
  8. Rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  9. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer, spread on the cake surface and also on the edge.

Place a template on your taste and taste and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar for decoration.
