Spice up boiled potatoes

Boiled potatoes taste stronger when you add a teaspoon of vegetable broth (powder) to the salt in the cooking water, then cook as usual and drain off water - done.

Put the pot with the potatoes without water on the hot plate and shake a little - the remaining water evaporates and the potatoes are very floury.

If you want, you can sprinkle with chopped parsley before you eat, and then you can make parsley potatoes from potatoes, and if you have any left, you can throw them into the pan the next day and make fried potatoes out of them!
