Spice up the finished marzipan corner

Spice up finished marzipan corner, which is rolled up to buy.

I roll the marzipan corner apart with the foil and then cut out a flower, heart or star with a cookie cutter from the middle. Sometimes I also take a much smaller cookie cutter and sting, e.g. around the flower in a circle, small flowers out.

Then you just need to place the marzipan corner with the foil up on the cake and peel off the foil.

It looks nice when you brush the cake surface with colored (food coloring) buttercream.
