Spicy peanut butter dip

You need:
Peanut butter (unsweetened)
Fresh chili peppers
(fresh ginger if you want)
a small onion, preferably shallot
tomatoes

The amount of tomato / chili / ginger depends on the taste and degree of severity, we use 1: 1, ginger about one cm.

Put the tomatoes in a pot of cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Take out, peel, grate with the fork, put in a bowl.


Mince the chili peppers (and ginger) in a lightning chopper, cut the onion into very fine strips. Everything to the tomatoes gave.

Peanut butter (if no vorhaden or outrageously expensive: crush roasted peanuts in the lightning hacker) to do (about 1: 1, or to taste) stir everything.

Goes well with rice, meat, bread, vegetables and much more.
