Spinach Gnocchi
A side dish alternative: delicious and made fix. Also taste cold to gröstetem bread rubbed with garlic.
It takes 300 g ricotta, 1 1/2 tablespoon flour, 2 small eggs, 1 egg yolk, 70 g liquid butter, 300 g leaf spinach (TK thawed well) some basil leaves (5-7) salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix the ricotta, flour, eggs and egg yolks, basil, salt, pepper and nutmeg with the kitchen machine with dough hook or if available with a cutting knife until a uniform pulp is obtained, chop the chopped spinach in the butter for a short time and chop in a bowl with the Mix ricotta to a smooth mass.
Form with two tablespoons of gnocchi - make a small sample gnocchi, add some flour in the water, and simmer in slightly boiling water - NOT boiling! to let go.
Gar the gnocchis when they swim on the surface, which takes about 10 minutes.
