No cake there? No time to bake long and complicated? Since I have a super delicious alternative. At my grandma there are always chips, consisting of a dough, which can be portioned arbitrarily - depending on hunger or guests.

  1. Simply the same amount of flour, quark and margarine is best with 250 g - wg. so packaged sizes for quark and margarine. Put everything together, knead - and then 2-3 hours in the fridge, to "rest" - overnight goes too.
  2. Then roll out the dough on some flour, cut small squares, about the size of a playing card - put a blob of jam in the middle and fold over the opposite sides - on a plate and in the oven!
  3. Approximately Bake for 15 minutes in an oven at 175 ° C - done.

Goes superfix and tastes suuuperlecker! Just knead them together early, put them in the refrigerator with the dough and 30 minutes before the visit, taste fresh, but also after 5 days in a can.
