Spring bowl as a table decoration
When I recently invited guests, I still lacked a good idea for the table decoration. Then my eyes fell on two small porcelain birds sitting in a bookshelf a bit unmotivated. And already I had a picture in my inner eye, which I then put into reality.
I put these two birds on a zinc tray, which I redecorate again and again depending on the season, and put a dried hydrangea blossom diagonally in front of it. In the middle came a small vase with a small bouquet of snowdrops, which corresponded nicely in color with the white birds.
Right and left diagonally behind, I put two small glasses, each with a small blooming Scilla plant. I put ivy leaves into the interstices and covered the bottom of the tray.
The result was a beautiful table decoration that aroused much enthusiasm among my guests. This tray was quite a long topic of conversation that evening, and of course I was pleased.
In the meantime, the snowdrops have withered, and I have replaced them with small forsythia branches. Next, I will put small daffodils in the vase.
I thought I would introduce you to this tray as a suggestion. There are no limits to the imagination.
