Spring cure with mistletoe tea

My recommendation as a spring cure: Misteltee

For many years I do a cure 3-4x a year with cold mistletoe tea.

Mistletoe is not well known for its healing and regulating effects on the body; their powers are rather underestimated.

It regulates blood pressure (surprisingly in both directions), strengthens the nerves, increases digestion and metabolism and thus also helps with rheumatic diseases. Mistletoe prevents arteriosclerosis and regulates dizziness attacks.

It is also important to mention that it strengthens the heart and circulation and helps through the menopause: It regulates shortness of breath, restlessness, anxiety.

In cancer therapy, mistletoe is used concomitantly; I abstain from any opinion.

How do I prepare my tea:

In the evening I put a teaspoon of mistletoe per cup / person in a jug (if you are on your own, use a cup), pour cold water and let the tea cover until the morning.

The tea may also be mixed with other herbs, e.g. Field horsetail or marjoram are combined.

After straining, the extract can be heated slightly and drunk in small sips. I drink it cold, though.

Very important is the cold batch, as the mistletoe is slightly toxic. The slightly toxic substances do not dissolve in cold water.

It is advised to take a break of a few weeks after a 6-week course of treatment.

Mistletoe I buy at the herb stand at the weekly market. It can also be obtained via the Internet.
