Stale sparkling wine
Who has never had a bottle of sparkling wine open for the weekend? Now all the carbon dioxide is out and the sparkling wine tastes stale.
Simply bubble up again with the help of a Wassermax or Sodastream and it tastes like new.

Put the remaining sparkling wine in the fridge (with or without a gob, spoon does not use anything, although it keeps claiming). I would not be afraid to mix a sparkling wine with mineral water. Better than pour away.
