It can be stored in a well-closed bowl in the refrigerator. The longer he can mature, the better he gets. Heat does not need yeast dough, it can be done well cold.

Well, that was the basic recipe for Lazy (like me sometimes). If you want to make a nice bread (also like baguettes) or rolls and have time, is a little different. The ingredients stay the same.

Mix the half of the flour with the sugar, the yeast and approx. 450 ml of the water and let stand covered for at least 8 hours. Then add the remaining water, flour and salt and knead well. Covered for 2 hours. Make bread or rolls and let it rest for another 30 minutes. To bake.

Yeast dough requires no special knowledge. Nothing can go wrong, really not. Give it a try.
