Steam fish in pan in baking paper

I heard this tip in our radio station today and tried it out right away. I had never heard or read this before and would like to share it with you at FM.

Lay out the pan with parchment paper, add the herb butter and when it has melted, add the fish fillets (with my zander fillet) drizzled with lemon.

Over medium heat, fry each side for 5 minutes until golden brown. Only then season the fillets with a little salt and pepper. Arrange the fish fillet with boiled potatoes and put some of the herb butter out of the pan. Add cucumber salad.

A delicious meal that you do not get better in any restaurant. By laying out the baking paper in the pan, the fish can not bake and the meat juice from the fish is preserved so that the fish cooks in its own juice.

Side effect: The pan remains clean.

In the future, roast fish will only be prepared in this way (with baking paper in the pan).
