Stop herpes? SOS Tips
Whenever I have a cold, I can almost bet that the herpes on the lip will be reported shortly. So I have not only a bright red nose, but also a lip that looks ugly. But now I have a tip: heat and then the Compeed herpes plaster.
I boil water and heat a spoon in it. By testing on the back of my hand, I feel when I can withstand the heat at the herpes site on the lip. Then I hold the spoon on the affected area for at least 4 seconds. It has to be so hot that you can bear it, but still no blaze arises.
