Store spice mixtures more conveniently

This tip is for those who are more likely to make ready-to-use canned spice mixes for fries, roast potatoes, tomatoes, garlic flakes and more. So you can keep it more practical:

The question of ingredients and if and why you should use these ready-made spice blends should not be in the foreground here.

How many times has it happened to me that the spice mixture in the cans clump together by moisture.

What have I done so far:

Poked around with the knife in it and tried in vain to get out some chunks.

Somehow my mixes regularly get stuck in the can like stone, though I shut them up so they're actually? Tight? should be ? but they are never after a short time!

I was so sorry and I have packed the solid lump of the tin in breakfast bags, crumbled by hand into powder and closed with a freezing clip.

I labeled them with the respective contents (fixed with adhesive tape) and put them in an empty cleaned meat package (which I collect for everything), in which they are now clearly arranged in the kitchen drawer.

The spices no longer clump and can be removed much better than from the original cans, with which it only works for a short time.
