Strawberries with tipsy stuffing

ingredients

  • about 40 big strawberries
  • 250g of mascarpone
  • 4 tablespoons Amaretto
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachio kernels unsalted
  • 40 small mint leaves

preparation

Wash and stalk strawberries. Cut the bottom of the fruit straight so that they stand upright. Cut the strawberries crosswise, but not to the ground!

Mix the mascarpone, amaretto, honey, fill in a piping bag and fill the strawberries with the mass. Sprinkle the strawberries with the pistachio kernels and decorate with the mint leaves.
