Strawberry cake super fast and easy

ingredients
- Viennese soil (or homemade sponge cake, cut twice)
- 500 ml (2 bottles) of Rama Cremefine vanilla
- about 1 kg of fresh strawberries
- some strawberry jam.
preparation
- Remove the green from the strawberries, wash them and slice almost all the strawberries. The remaining strawberries quarter. Beat the vanilla cream until stiff.
- Spread a thin layer of strawberry jam on the bottom, then spread about 1/3 of the stiff cream on top and cover with strawberry slices. Now a little more cream over it, so that the next floor better "sticks".
- Put the next floor on top, sprinkle with the second third of the cream (no more jam) and cover with strawberries again. Then again a dollop of cream as "glue" distribute.
- Now put the last floor on it, spread the rest of the cream on it and smooth it out. Finally, distribute the quartered strawberries handsomely on the cake.
