Strawberry cake with vanilla cream

Ingredients for the dough
- 2 eggs
- 125 g of sugar
- 1/2 p. Vanillin sugar
- 60 ml Fanta (or something similar)
- 125 g of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
Vanillincreme
- 300 ml of cream
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 P. vanillin sugar
- 1 P. pudding powder (paradise cream vanilla)
topping
- 1 kg of strawberries
- 1 P. cake icing
preparation
- First stir the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add oil and fanta. Put flour and baking powder underneath and then place in a springform pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Beat cream, paradise cream and vanilla sugar until it is firm. Stir in the sour cream and then spread the cream on the cold floor.
- Wash, stalk and halve the strawberries (if necessary), then spread on the cream. Prepare the cake and spread over the strawberries. Let it cool down, ready!
- The best place to store the cake in the fridge, so that the casting is not so soft in the summer.
