Strawberry cake with vanilla cream

Ingredients for the dough

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 1/2 p. Vanillin sugar
  • 60 ml Fanta (or something similar)
  • 125 g of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda

Vanillincreme

  • 300 ml of cream
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 P. vanillin sugar
  • 1 P. pudding powder (paradise cream vanilla)

topping

  • 1 kg of strawberries
  • 1 P. cake icing

preparation

  1. First stir the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then add oil and fanta. Put flour and baking powder underneath and then place in a springform pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  2. Beat cream, paradise cream and vanilla sugar until it is firm. Stir in the sour cream and then spread the cream on the cold floor.
  3. Wash, stalk and halve the strawberries (if necessary), then spread on the cream. Prepare the cake and spread over the strawberries. Let it cool down, ready!
  4. The best place to store the cake in the fridge, so that the casting is not so soft in the summer.
