Strawberry-cream-cake

You take:
1 cake bottom from the baker (three-part) Or homemade ...

750g - 1000g strawberries + strawberries for decoration
3 + 1 cups of cream
1 vanilla sugar
2 tbsp sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry jam

Wash strawberries and quarter them. Put into a bowl, mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar and set aside. Dilute the strawberry jam with a little water and put it on the bottom of the cake.

Beat 3 cups of cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and stir in the sweetened strawberries. Distribute 1/2 of the cream on the first floor, place the second floor on top, spread the second 1/2 of the cream on top and place the third floor on top. Beat 1 cup of cream until stiff and coat with 1/2 the third bottom and the edge of the cake.

Put the other half in a spout and distribute tuffs on the cake. Place a whole strawberry on the tuffs ... done.
