Strawberry jam with bell pepper

ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries (finished, chopped)
- 1 pack of jam sugar 2 to 1
- 2 teaspoons pickled bell pepper

Mix the strawberries with the sugar and cook as directed. (As the whole thing heats up, I puree the strawberries.) My children do not like "mice heads" in the spread, so I decided to purée.)
Shortly before everything is cooking, I'll put in the pepper. Then fill in twist-off jars and seal well.
A little tip: if you like it a bit sharper, you can also use coarsely crushed black pepper.
