Strawberry / raspberry sugar roses and hearts, a nice party favor, and always a teacup eyecatcher too.

This little surprise is made quickly and has great effect.


All you need is table sugar in any amount and raspberry or strawberry juice.

This is how it's done:

The sugar is stirred with a little liquid to a solid solid mass and rolled on baking paper or in a freezer bag to a thickness of about 1 cm.
