Strawberry salad with fried rocket
For this salad you take in the asparagus fresh asparagus, but it is also with frozen goods.
It takes 4 people:
1 pound of strawberries and 1 pound of asparagus, both cut into small pieces.
Marinate the pieces in 3 tablespoons thistle oil, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar and 3 tablespoons chopped peppermint.
Little salt and pepper, a splash of lemon juice.
For the fried rocket you heat a 1/2 liter of oil until a drop of water hisses and throws in small portions of the rocket. Remove immediately with a slotted spoon and degrease on paper.
Very yummy is the following set:
Parmesan: That's easy. Grated Parmesan is placed in small piles on a baking sheet with paper and melts to tender cookies.
The whole is nicely served on a plate. Enjoy your meal!
