Strawberrycake

Today we had this delicious refreshing cake, I can only recommend - A true strawberry dream I can only say!

ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pck of pudding vanilla (I took this from Dr. Oetker, without advertising here, but tastes best)

For the filling:

  • 4 cups of cream (1 cup approx. 200 ml)
  • 500 g of low-fat quark
  • 1 pck of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g strawberries
  • Sugar (you have to taste it, depending on how sweet the filling should be, everyone likes it differently)

preparation

  1. For the dough, whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the flour and the remaining ingredients and mix well, then place in a springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  2. For the filling you cut the strawberries into smaller pieces and leaves some left over for the decoration.
  3. Beat the 4 creams until stiff, fold in the curd, stir in the vanilla sugar, strawberries and sugar (to taste).
  4. The floor is cut once and filled with the filling as seen in the photo. Cool overnight.
