Stretch mince dishes and make them lighter

For minced meat dishes, I take the organic minced meat. Since it is relatively expensive, I stretch it with the same amount of grated vegetables.

So on a pound of hack, comes a pound of vegetables, grated or grated. I prefer carrots and zucchini, of course onions and garlic.

And then add another 100g bag of grated almonds or hazelnuts and 100g of oatmeal. Possibly. 100 g quark and 2 small or 1 large egg, salt, pepper, paprika.

I also like to take chickpea flour from the Asian shop, that binds beautifully. If someone does not want eggs, it is also a substitute that works for binding. Then just take more of the flour.

If you want to save fat, make a meatloaf in a coated box cake mold. Simply layer the above ingredients and bake in the oven for 75 minutes.
