Studi-tea for good nerves while learning

When I start again the exam phase, I do my Lerntee. Then it's fresh to the work. The tea is a self-creation and uplifting physically and mentally amazingly well (so what long learning nights).

I have all the ingredients open and then mix them in a large potato tea bag or tea sock:

  • 2-3 teaspoons matetee (keeps awake. Important.)
  • a few mint leaves (taste and freshness)
  • A splash of lemon (taste & vitamins)
  • 2 cm shredded ginger (stimulates the mind)
  • Maple syrup or sweet golden juice (for a special touch)
  • Sometimes I also mix in apple tea.

Let it rest. If the tea is too hot: infuse apple juice instead of tea, for cooling. Approximately 20 minutes after the first sip, the effect begins and the long night can begin. Another tip: sometimes airing ;-) By the way, nothing for long lectures without a break ...
